My name is Eleanor Baldwin, owner of Baked by Baldwin. After attending the University of Kansas, I'm lucky to return to Wichita, my home! I am currently pursuing an MBA at Wichita State University. The idea of Baked by Baldwin started back in 2020 and has been a long time in the making. After many years of baking with my mother; hearing friends and family say we should open up a bakery of our own. We're now making that dream a reality!
