My name is Eleanor Baldwin, owner of Baked by Baldwin. After attending the University of Kansas, I returned to Wichita, my home! Pursued an MBA at Wichita State University and now bake for those in the area. The idea of Baked by Baldwin started back in 2020 and has been a long time in the making. After many years of baking with my mother; hearing friends and family say we should open up a bakery of our own. We're now making that dream a reality! We look forward to growing our business and sharing our baked goods with the Wichita community. All items are freshly prepared from scratch, ensuring homemade quality and made-to-order freshness.
